In the recent letter to shareholders,
'Agreement has been reached with the Traditional Owners for access' as opposed to 'As we are dealing with a third party in negotiating the haul road access, it is difficult to predict exactly when approval will be agreed.'.
How do you interprete that? I am taking access to mean completely different things there.
Is there some legal provision under which can't Rio deny the company the access road through their tenement?
