Who knows you might be right 278126; Fezza's "all this" may just have been referring to the decision expected by the end of May approx. on a Board recommendation.
I assumed his "all this" to be far more encompassing in that I assumed it referred to the Harbour Energy proposal to purchase all the ordinary shares in Santos Ltd which is what 'all this' Harbour Energy thread is about.
I doubt Scott Morrison will be in any great rush to make a hasty FIRB decision about a Santos Takeover.
