    I am saying that I bought the stock for $3.5 based on publicly available information which convinces me it was worth well over $7. The fact that someone offers $6.5 is not material information.

    I don't accept any authority, laws or regulations except those I agree with.

    If the offer fell over and the shares dropped to $5, then the market tanked and STO fell to $2 I wouldn't have lost any money. I would just be given the opportunity to think and load the truck up again.

    I don't agree with wage slavery regardless of whether the owners are Chinese, American or Australian.
