To be brutally honest, I'm a bit confused with what's going on.
Usually my experience is companies trade very close to the T/O price, i.e. around $6.50.
As a result, give we are around half way between the prior price of $5 and $6.50 that seems to indicate the market is only pricing in a 50% chance of the T/O being successful and a 0% chance of another suitor coming in with a higher bid.
I wonder if this is a bit pessimistic, it seems the offer is being seriously entertained? If I'm feeling reckless tomorrow I may buy some more!
