Have a feeling it may have got mentioned in the conference call but I could be wrong.
Their incentive is to meet the threshold with in the first two years of the agreement.. if the timelines quoted in the 4c play out then revenue from delta will be after a year since the agreement so the 2 years may be just some buffer in the event they get the delays in other application areas being approved.
We know Southwest, Azul and think it’s was Jet Blue are working through their own approvals with the Boeing’s and Embraer. If the threshold is not met before these guys sign up for our technology then delta doesn’t get a cut of any revenue as this was one of their incentives to spend the 7million threshold
