I understand to a degree your concern, but ASX listed companies need to demonstrate they have the resources to deliver on their business plan so this is just the directors saying they have it in hand - simple as that.

It’s been a long time coming and given RSH fending off successfully a group wanting to take control at the last AGM, I doubt very much they haven’t got an extremely sound game plan in place given the major shareholder voted for the current team. Don’t forget, the major shareholder is Bruce Mathieson and he is a billionaire several times over and put over $13 m in at 35c and more $$ at different points.
I dare say his network of wealthy friends have too!

The shares the directors have were all bought on market and at the same prices as Bruce so between all of them they have invested serious money. I’d say the directors, Brice and others in the network have invested at least the equivalent of the current market cap ($30m) in cash into purchasing RSH shares so I’m pretty sure they aren’t letting this on go.

So it seems like a few people may think this is more of the same but I for one see the tide definitely turning (of has turned- see share price since AGm) and realistically there was very little selling during the recent global volatility a few weeks back and even today there was only a modest, if not healthy, pullback met with buying on the small amount of selling.


I’m confident the new CEO and team will surprise the market and give comfort to exisiting Shareholders and importantly attract new ones. The delivery of the new device in the next 6-8 weeks will be a huge inflection point - WATCH THI SPACE!!!

The best opportunities often come when everyone is exhausted and thinks there is no hope... the basing of the share price for several years down here is testimony to that. I think you should keep a close eye on this over the proceeding weeks And months and in my opinion you will see a totally different beast.

Then if you don’t see change, by all means be justified in you frustrations.
