    After WW1 Europe emerged from its former feudal borders, e.g Prussia disappeared.
    Chechoslovakia was a distinct 2 nations union with a quirky bi-lingo hymn.
    1989 upheaval dissolved that union; Slovakia recently put forward their independent Hymn
    and Czech Republic is now following suit, as per references below.
