We've all (almost 100% I'd guess) just received fantastic news in the way of Merck's acquisition, so we've all just had a $$$ windfall of varying degrees, it's good thing regardless...

Do I think the 'offer' should HIGHER, sure, but I'm cautiously optimistic, one way or another, the 'market' will decide on the 'final' value of VLA in it's chosen space...

Stay on topic, there's an 'IGNORE' capability on HC for a reason, and unnecessary, 'off-topic' slander will likely get 'mods' interest...
