There is some history of what you say however the market doesn't always do as predicted based on past performance, as we all know if it were that easy...well you know the rest.
The fundamentals are just to good to keep tracking the way we have this year for my money, sooner rather than later something is going to give IMO. Once the path to production is mapped and funded the horse will have long bolted. Now is the time to hold and not sell the news I think, but we will see over the next few months.
