If you still hold : You are automatically included in the class action and can claim for lost and damage. 2. If you sold: You are capped and can only claim for the lost 3. If you purchased outside the time frame of the class action 19/02/2018 and on wards: If further investigation into the 1 class action show gsw is misleading with information another class action can be lodged. IMO if you purchased gsw lately it is a win win situation. Anyways DYOR
