Hi Gassed it was the condition of the Convertable Notes when issued that they be Redeemed in cash or Shares at the time of conversion and at a weghted average of the share price at the same time. Are you suggesting that S Bizzell had a choice . As I see things he had no other choice. He does now ,clean up the company and move on . I think that this is his plan .
