I have seen some shares of other Companies fly even as they raised capital at lower price. We’ve had so much good news, unfortunately not getting rewarded because the market is so short-sighted and doesn’t want to wait 3yrs for cash flows. Maybe we need a deal of some sort to get things moving, otherwise we wait another 3mths for the DFS.

Agree, at the right moment, the all time high will get blown away in a flash.
