One thing for sure, Albanese is not very bright. I believe an effective leader needs a high IQ to they can consider all scenarios without going into overload.
That is the main problem with the greens, they take a simplistic approach, like "Ban coal" without looking at the big picture, how it has caused hardship to the entire country.
