Sorry for delayed response. I hadn’t even noticed the grass, but I have no idea anyway.
Female/male swing similar. Bigger hips on former and they’re better at moving their hips so getting them out of the way always looks better on the female swing. In terms of the mechanics of a good swing, it’s basically the same as a good male swing, albeit the swing speed, on average, is lower. (Clubs usually shorter).
Regarding anatomy and interference, (see image below), not really too many issues, apart from hips as mentioned above.
Follow through....is part of the entire swing. The time at point of impact is a fraction of a second. If you stopped somehow, completely swinging just after impact, it wouldn’t affect the force or energy at impact thus your speed and subsequent distance wouldn’t be affected. However, I think doing so would be almost impossible and the stress on your body immense. The entire swing is supposed to be an easy fluid motion technically made up of numerous parts. Simply put, swing on plane, get to 270 degree backswing angle, tempo of 3:1, swing wide back, narrow down and wide follow through. Move your lower body to begin transition, not your arms or hands or shoulders. And I could keep writing for hours. I love golf because it’s so technical and challenging, almost anyone can play and it has some great history.
Putting. Whole new subject.
