    Don’t think they can up the offer, didn’t they say it was their final offer?

    Seems to me a pretty hefty premium. I need to need up on it to see if it looks justified, but so far Cole has been disciplined. My bet is they will get at least 50%, most insto’s are happy to book a quick price jump.
