    Nope, no worries at all, its a staged and moderate input for the JV, so no worry on that at all, we are in a product decade uptrend IMO. My worry is only some other bid could come out of the woodwork on this AVB offer, they have a couple of very big holders on their register who have not been mentioned in the announcement today.
