GNX should be a very straightforward company to value through FA - it's just a power generation utility after all (at least for now - no telling how they'll evolve in the future).

There's a number of broker reports on Genex's web site with valuations for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 (when complete).  These are worth reading, even if just to provide some context for TA predictions.
