The quarterly will also be interesting reading ...especially the cash spend.
I know that the company has to spend to create , but the quarterly will give a good indication of how long the cash reserves are likely to last.
There is no way , imo , GMV could get a loan based solely on MOUs , so the only ways to raise is to via a CR or by placement to SI or instos , which is really the same thing.
If the quarterly shows cash needed soon , this will cause a SP pull back ...maybe a buying opportunity .
Saying all that , the buying of large number of shares on market by directors , indicates to me , that they are not too concerned by dilution at this stage.
Very interesting period in the life and growth of GMV coming up.
