    Focus is on Chinese. With most Graphite mined in China, tariffs against China will increase China Graphite price in US market. Also, China will withhold rare earth minerals. Tesla is creating its own mine in Chile and trying to be independent of China for raw materials for batteries. Hence, China action will enhance Syrah's position as a non captive source Graphite.
