    Thanks Joeyhe, Maybe that's why Yancoal pulled out of the biding for the addition coal mines in QLD. Yancoal needs to stump up the money for Glencores share of HVO, however reckon Yancoal got a better deal than Glencore out of the transaction.

    Also looks like I was wrong about the required implementation deed, it has already expired.
