Arhh yes you are right , but we also know the Czech Government are too campaigning and have visited Telsa in the States . Tesla were to announce B4 Xmas , seems a bit odd for him to be slow to make a decision unless he too has to wait for the Czech Government to form also . Food for thought . Any concessions the Gov would like to offer or have offered could not be signed off on right now .
