Credit where credits due. I don't know about past history & comments made by others alluding to that, but a thumbs up & a G.A. fr me for you for bringing up this issue when no one mentioned it.
I will say though it's prob your wording that draws the riposte. I'm sure in hindsight now (&%&&$#$ ), there is/ was a shade drawn over factual details but the context is still of a leading Li Producer in rising Li prices, on the cusp major growth. Yes, with some immediate but temporary production problems that could hv bn made much more transparent prior to now! It's a simple matter of someone electronically posting a whistle blow notice to the ASX site ( a current surge in correspondence from the regulator to other, mainly smaller penny companies hv bn on the rise recently) to question mgtmt of timely transparency- for weather events & appointments, is not out of line. Yes, I also thk why could mgtmt not hv updated SH with market sensitive data like that ?
Instead allow the buildup of shorting to occur in uninformed market. As a current SH, I feel it is not to my benefit to raze this in hindsight now.
Well time to eat humble pie. Consolation is technical trend rules allowed my reduce in all trade holdings & eventual cut loss somewhat in the ST downtrend that was seen. But the size of this fall is still beyond expected & this news muddling re-entry attempts, even though ORE is sitting below 200day MA supports now.
The shame of it all is that various holders, @niu esp. raised discussions about the possible days of stormy weather. The prev websites gave good Olaroz weekly precip data but no where like the meteoblue site. Blame myself only for not digging deeper but this site in no uncertain terms outlined it was literally pouring , for the last 3 mths compared to avg 30yr mean. Im not sure if Niu saw it as clearly when we had discussed it but I can only say that again, for me, a charters rules saved most of the damage, but this weather thing was substantial IMO. Good thing is the precipitation had gone way down in March.
At these prices, retail, shorters, instos are on equal terms tomorrow now to move this SP and determine if this is overdone & if temporary event or if Olaroz is doomed & fundamentals ruined. If it's the former, then short covering could be critical if it ends up being a buyers day?
