General Discussion -Disclosing Clients

Hi all AJXers

Adding some support to my post =23-4-18 No 326351234 @ 17-02-02 re disclosing possible new clients and to add support to Dr Dirk's comments regarding 'disclosing names of clients they are dealing with - even signed contracts'   Please read this story:-

and take particular note of the below extract from that story  :- but you must read the whole story... extracts often distort that  story and as humans we rend to distort the  truth to sway the message to our way of thinking ???????

“If tech companies reveal the names of new clients, then often there is no client,” Mr Kennis told do not advertise external links.
“99.9 per cent of companies making these sorts of deals are bound by confidentiality agreements and disclosing details to the market is very very sensitive.”
Mr Kennis says there’s a fine line between protecting confidentiality and keeping a market fully informed.

As an exercise - if you were the CEO of a Coy in negotiations to possibly win a big contract and that Coy states ' No disclosure of our name as we wish to secure/replace the new  product etc -before we  release to the market....' Oh and and don't forget are the CEO of an ASX  listed Coy trading under ASX regulations /rules in the US of A with their rules and regulations !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(I have seen challenges CEOs face - remember I think it was called Grain Corp ???? oops. I also remember a little Coy (Aussie)  with  a mine in an O/seas country -- where their rules , well were   well a lot different to ASX!!  --.
I am in no way inferring any distortion - etc with regulations rules or any other item that one may think here!!!!

What would you do .....and after reading the new ASX rules ( the ASX wants to improve the markets credibility  ((my words-- ha   ))

As I have said before :-

I cannot understand HC posters who have 'skin in the game ' in a listed Coy bagging it on a 'Public Forum'. for all to see whilst hiding behind a pseudonym. Do you want your Coy to succeed ? Great way to go about it ?

And for those who say 'Sell' 'Not held'  I bet you like nailing one foot to the floor and run around in circles -not understanding why you don't get anywhere ???  ( my opinion of course)

If ya gotta gripe --- write to the CEO - BoD  CFO etc ... and place your name before them... That is of course if you really believe in your conviction and have the guts to place your name before them !!!!!!!!!!!

Any folks... You all  keep safe. Lets do hope better times ahead   - I think Dr Dirk did say this 4C may be challenging!

All IMHO  and please DYOR.......  then if you make a mistake you will know instantly to whom you point the finger. (Just a suggestion.) This will save a heap of disappointment, sorrow and sleepless nights trying to find who to blame- a mirror may be of assistance!!!!
