It might be pennies to them but what i find is the people with the most pennies are the least likely to waste them......JAB holdings would be looking at the same financial statements as you and i am and seeing a business in that is in decline.......extremely doubt they would be interested but i could be wrong.
As for expansion why don't you call up the company and ask how many net new stores have been opened world wide in the last 3 months.........if you ask the right person i would be extremely suprised if the number is materially higher than zero.
