Couldn't help but get in on the action yesterday.
Nothing is certain in the ASX but let's look at the potential given what we have.
Only half of Green Forrest's revenues were included in the September quarter (ie. $10M). So effectively GF did $40M in last quarter as JAT own 50%.
Last financial year GF did $50M+ in total revenue. That is a massive increase in the first quarter alone.
On top of GF’s existing sales, you would need to include any of Golden Koala and Sunyya sales going forward.
And remembering the quote "Looking forward, Directors expect business flows to continue to build at a rapid pace."
On JAT's books, this quarterly did not include any Golden Koala and Sunnya sales either. These sales will be included in the next quarterly.
Nobody should under-estimate the impact that CIIE will have on all three acquisitions revenues over the next 12 months.
On top of all that we have the potential to have THREE IF's with CFDA approval in the next 6-12 months (1 x GK and 2 x Sunyya). JAT mentioned that one is possible in December 2018. It remains to be seen whether December 2018 is possible as only they know what stage it is at. I doubt very much they will be giving out the application number as some have suggested as I don't think any of the other IF companies have quoted theirs either. But nevertheless, even if it is 6-12 months away, THREE CFDA approvals in the next 12 months will have a major impact the current SP.
Going just by revenue from current Green Forrest figures, 2019 calendar year could easily exceed $100M revenue for JAT when you consider adding Golden Koala and Sunyya revenue as well.
