But Bermie, thats part of the issue with Blue Sky. They sell themselves as an alternative investment group, however it has now been shown that 60%+ of their investments are property development. You can get that exposure for much cheaper fees via a Stocklands, etc. Property is not an alternative investment and there have been some serious questions raised about the non-property investments which have not been addressed sufficiently.

This is going to keep getting worse...
