Project Overview

The Rincon Project is owned by a JV entity; Puna Mining S.A. As of 27-02-2018, AGY has a 77.5% interest in Puna Mining S.A. (with further rights to earn up to 90%). JV partners are Mr Pablo Alurralde and Mr Francisco Mendendez. Mr Alurralde is the lithium processing expert managing the project on the ground in Argentina.
