That’s a very interesting point regarding Energi, I’ll take that on board. That’s more of a trade off though for existing AGY shareholders, massive resource growth versus some degree of dilution that I’m sure JZ would be very tight on. Still massive value to AGY MC and ultimately shareholder value through SP growth. AGY holds the trump card here.

Alternatively AGY Rincon project is a halite formation which is highly porous (that still rings hard in my head why JZ mentioned that) which may indicate we can suck the lithium brine from far away outside AGY tenements and under Energi portion and get it for free. Not ethical but profitable and legal as I believe legislation in Argentina allows this. Energi have land but it’s a 10yrs white elephant with no immediate solution and Pablo’s extraction process would be heaven sent to them.

I would prefer we lease the land from Energi giving them a percentage of profits for “LCE sold” not turnover based or brine extracted. That protects AGY bottom line and IP. JZ said at the last company meeting that if the QQ deal went through we would have their board member sitting in on everything. Big alarm that!!

Very excited to see what unfolds in the AGY-Energi space, especially when we know AGY has the ball.
