I am a relatively new NHC shareholder and just looked through some announcements.
The baord seems to be very generous to Robert Neale, options at $1.35 which have been used to finance 2,000,000 shares for the 77c div.
I don't know what performance hurdles were involved.
Just i get uncomfortable when execs are paid to do their job handsomely then get extra for jam.
