I was wondering the same thing recently. A recent ANN stated the medical advisory board were reviewing 2a & 2b trial designs & I am wondering if they are tweaking & changing things with FSGS & DM to somehow integrate the 2 trials systematically. I seriously couldn’t see a problem with ethics committee approval & we have the $$.
Also, the Westar Capital options Issue terms gives us a clue, that they must be issued prior to the first patient recruitment for FSGS for 2b. This ANN came out last week.
With all the housekeeping going on recently with DXB corporately...or it’s something else.
Appreciate your thoughts too. To be honest the delay hasn’t worried me in the slightest. A bit intriguing though, as DXB & Kathy have been very upfront.
