SP is what it is. There is a sense of obligation to allow holders "in" this time around though.
Can you imagine the outcry if things start to rocket and once again loyal holders were kept at a distance.
I'm sure PO realizes that the entire offer wont be taken up. But, with the agreement the underwriter will. So, if major news is on the horizon, the underwriter can't be blamed for hoping that the allotment to holders does get passed up?
From PO's perspective, he has done the right thing and made available 80mil shares to those interested!
I agree with other posters that a "pump" is coming.....but whether or not it's followed by a "dump" is for each individual holder to decide.
Personally, I've seen this too many times before. Exhaust and frustrate holders, keep them short of oxygen, wait for them to flee at the next sign of relief, then bang, deliver the goods! 90% of loyal long term holders out by this point, replaced by "new money" just showing up at the perfect time!
Like the cops at the end of all action movies....LOL!
