French style rice

In a medium saucepan fry one medium diced onion until cooked or slightly caramelised if desired

Add the following:
Four cups chicken stock or one packet of chicken necks
2 cups wash rice
½ cup beer or white wine
Black pepper to taste

When cooked add some of the following if desired:
1 to 1.5 cups stock
½ cup moose
A shake truffle powder
