I spoke to FNP recently and had the following confirmed in regards to their use of the A2 only Protein milk being produced that will now be used for the new ranges of UHT and Milk Powder products.
They confirmed that the patent the A2 Milk Company held over their testing method expired in May 2016, this now allows Freedom Foods to run cheap, effective testing on their cows to ensure A2 only protein milk is produced, without permissions from A2 Milk Company or the need to sell it onto them.
There is no agreement with A2 Milk Company, nor does there need to be one for Freedom Foods to produce A2 Protein milk products of any type. This was claimed on the A2M forums recently under the "Freedom Foods branded a2 milk offering" thread.
It is also completely false that A2M has "allowed" the use of only the "oversupply" portion of A2 Protein Milk production by Freedom Foods to be used in their new product ranges. This again was posted on the A2M forums to mislead investors. There is in fact no requirement for FNP to attain such approvals.
