GS is alway out there informing Institutional Investors about EDE, predominantly in the US. This is not to be confused with his EdenCrete CR activities. This will bolster the EDE top 20 shareholders list with some big names, at such time when EdenCrete really hits it straps (which should be the case over the remainder of this year).
Up to now, with every CR, those Institutional Investors who took part, despite indications to GS to the contrary, have quickly taken their profits, or cut their losses as the case may be. The latter being entirely responsible for the recent sell off from 11 cents to 7.5 cents. Unfortunately this is a normal part of the phase that every start up has to go through before they become cash flow positive. This is a very frustrating time for owners, management and employees, as well as shareholders, as we all can attest to here.
I am very confident that this phase will soon be coming to an end. The first evidence of this should be forthcoming over the next few weeks/months.
