they may have had the luxury of knocking back offers we never heard about in the past (but were alluded to) ... now we are in a forced situation it will be a fire sale to maintain viability based on the sedco agreement.
once again, major stuff up in decision making and we will be paying for it yet again.
still - when I saw the announcements, I also saw a glimmer of lazarus rising in the distance. perhaps we will survive after all. if all hope was lost, they wouldn't have bothered with the sedco arrangement.
