Hey @josimar I came across this old MBK announcement and thought it may be of interest. I remember a little while back you were lamenting the fact you believed that MBK had been toiling away on Triumph for 7 years and you also had concerns about other former projects that you believed were wild goose chases. You probably did have a point about the wild geese but that was all pre the Citadel crew. As I mentioned to you once before Ines Scotland did not arrive as chairman until August 2013. Straight after that MBK began negotiations to take over a company called Roar Resources which held both the Triumph and Eildsvold projects as well as Tony Schreck. The deal was done and Roar was acquired in exchange for MBK shares. The deal was finalized in December 2013 and that is when Tony Schreck joined MBK.

If you read through this old announcement under the section "about Metal Bank" you will see reference to a couple of projects they were holding at the time that I have never heard of. Nowadays if you go to the Metal Bank website the only two projects mentioned are the ones they acquired from Roar. The bottom line is that with the exception of director Guy Robertson everything old was swept away with the coming of the Citadel team. We had fresh management, fresh capital and, as can be seen here, new projects.

Just as a little comparison Chris Cairns from Stavely started kicking around the Ararat project in Jan 2013 but SVY took until May 2014 to get up and running....so the start of Stavely and the fresh start of Metal Bank were in fact only months apart.

Interestingly enough, as we speak, SVY are drilling into what they believe will be the ultimate money hole at Thursday's Gossan and as we have recently read MBK are drilling a deep hole at Advance into what they also believe may be the source of the close to surface gold they have been finding. My point being is that it seems both companies have run on a very similar time table and it would indeed be an uncanny coincidence if they both drilled into something significant in the coming days and weeks.

None of this is probably relevant to what is happening with MBK right now but I thought the history was interesting and it does prove that MBK have not been the slouches with Triumph that you perhaps thought they were.....SVY likewise have competent proven management and they have taken just as long (more or less) as MBK has to get to this point.
