    This thread is closed for its unsubstantiated insinuations and downramping potential. The bridge is a pedestrian structure over a road and only recently completed. Construction is likely to be to be steel framed rather than concrete. If it was concrete it is remote that it has anything to do with EDE. Keep things realistic please. Focus on the known knowns of EDE ... PD
