    One more hurdle down. 13 days till the vote. No additional bid. No sweetener. Looks and feels like a done deal. $7.80.

    Important to make sure all relevant financial details are with the co to facilitate the payout.

    Look, I think LJ and RP did a magnificent job overall. Congratulations on a stunning performance over the last 17 years. This final chapter may not be what I personally wanted to see happen, but that does not diminish their success.
