    I wonder to what extent Investors Mutual is meeting it's fiduciary responsibilities to its investors wrt Myer? I would imagine that their institutional clients would be asking many pointed (and uncomfortable) questions of them and their stance on sticking with the Myer board vs. considering what Premier is suggesting. It must be a significant performance hit to the funds they manage.
