You are really testing my patience again (as usual).
For clarity: the fact is that it is highly likely, otherwise I would have said it is a fact or a certainty.
My post is my own opinion, or better, my own conclusion, carefully formed after speaking on the phone with the FHWA, the GDOT and EdenCrete in Colorado. What would this post be worth if I had not done so?
Why is it dex that with eveything single thing that I post you always find a hair in the soup, or find a way to misquote me. Other posters can post the most outlandish conspiracy theories and libelous claims, yet as soon as I post, you can't get on the computer quick enough. Do you have an alert function when I post?
