IMHO there will be a tentative spike mid year then a waiting period wherein you will have to exhibit patience until the real action starts in October and real gains of a momentous sort in December. You just have to control your tendency to blame the Pivacs when the SP dips. How do I know? Intuition. If I am wrong rub my nose in it in December 2018.
