JPMorgan Chase Bank NA (National Association) offers financial services to corporate and institutional clients, and high-net-worth individuals, and is just one part of JP Morgan Chase. It doesn't necessarily mean JP Morgan itself is an investor, its more probable its their clients who are investing in FBR by using JP Morgan as its nominee/broker.
I highly doubt Jamie Dimon even knows FBR exists, and if JP Morgan itself had directly invested in FBR for an 11% stake then we would have seen an announcement trumpeting this event.

I stand corrected.
I mean it as a analogy - not that the man himself knows FBR.
It appears FBR's biggest insto investor is then Fidelity.
JPM NA is representing clients. That could explain why Individual investors make up the biggest group.
