    I definitley agree with you that a lower AUD helps exporters that's a 100% certainty. However I think any rise in interest in the U.S so far has not seen a fall in AUD. Commodities prices have been bolstering the AUD. It's also not surprising that this recent AUD weakness coincides with falling iron ore prices. View charts ironoreaud.png below:
