It's actually true from what I remember it was a company in Thailand that made the approach and nexus knocked it back..
Did the shareholers see it ? Of course we never, absolute farce in my opinion we were trading at about 17 cents at the time so a decent premium .....these people have misled all of us with their corporate greed its time something was actually done to bring justice to the ordinary shareholders.
Will ASIC do anything with this obvious manipulation?
The courts always favour the big boys its a club .....stand up ASIC do something for a change, prosecute and return some of our money........we need some big hitters on our side or else we get washed down the drain.....good luck to all of us.
