The rise in the iron ore price over the last few days, the consequence of which has been the AGO sp already reaching the offer price, only highlights that the Atlas BOD have got it completely wrong with regard to the takeover. I believe reasonable questions arise. Have they misjudged the market? Have they undervalued the assets? Are they just poor negotiators? Have these things been intentional or are they just incompetent? The last time I suggested incompetence my post was moderated.
So now should the io price continue to rise, and I see no reason why it won't, the AGO sp will continue to rise. Will the BOD change their recommendation to shareholders or will they continue to let shareholders do their job and save Atlas from being given away?
