    Restating ...it is not my place to put a price on the company.... I do not have all the relevant information nor the expertise to make an informed opinion ....that is all embodied in paper trails etc....happy to wait and see what happens once the offer starts going through the regulatory bodies for approval. I don't have any more to add. DYOR​
