I think there is a need also for the independent valuer to look at all historical documents from the foundation of the company. Including all Annual Reports.

The Annual report of 2008 maybe most interesting. I tried to source it from the Atlas site but it wouldn't load. If any annual reports are needed for your own research it is my understanding that annual reports can be sourced from the Atlas website or via the ASX - it may also be worthwhile looking at the production reports as well.
