I think the drop in SP for EDE are the option holders(solomons and TAS) who have converted to shares at .03c, and now are back selling the shares for cash, to pay for the options, and to take some profit. Basically free shares, as long as you sell down, until made enough money to pay for the option conversion.
This drop in the SP will continue while the selling continues. But it will stop soon and then an announcement will push it back up again, so this big dip in the SP will be the lowest price EDE will ever be again. It's the lowest it has been in 2 years. March 2016.
I've had orders in all the way down through this range, from 10c down to 7c. Would really love to catch the lowest price ! before more announcements. Bought at 12c, 11c, 10c, and now 8.8c Hope to get more in the 7c range.
I doesn't matter to me what is happening with the price differentials with TAS. Except interesting to note the latest Substantial holding shows TAS/Noble holds less now. 42.6 to 38.9% But I'm not interested in playing that game. I do like TAS as protection against a takeover. If the solomons want to sell, so be it, but no one can take it off them.
