It certainly can be costly to take your eyes off the ball. Last week I put in a low ball offer for EDE with the prospect of a trade with TAS. I thought it was only a slim chance of it happening. I've ended up with more EDE at 9.6c and no sale made for TAS.
I anticipated traders would be working the half cent pips and trade between 10 and 10.5. By the tone on the posts here it seems that EDE has lost a lot of followers here. Even MB must be at a loss to explain the SP.
To manage an investment in EDE it will be necessary to watch closely. Any announcement now may be just an attempt to shore up faith or it could be a genuine news story in line with expectations.
Working out relative values is now a continuing problem. Are the mining interests of TAS now a better value spec than Edencrete. I hope not but who knows.
Are we playing "3 shells and a pea"?
