Well done mate....Just a couple of points on that.....h2 consenus is now for a loss of 6m so 34m underlying full year so not too bad but almost certain to be very wrong.......it does allow the can to be kicked down the raod for another 10 to 12 months through.
The majority of the myer stores are in westfield centres and its more likely for hell to freeze over than for westfield to consent to any subleasing by myer in my humble opinion.
